- General Agreement By placing an order at livaess.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these rules without prior notice.
- Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed via PayPal before we process your order. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is confirmed.
- Shipping & Delivery We ship items from China to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package is dispatched. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, postal service or natural disasters.
- Return & Refund Policy We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and kept in original packaging. Buyers cover all return shipping costs. Contact info@livaess.com to get a return authorization before sending goods back. Opened or damaged items without quality defects cannot be refunded.
- Customs & Taxes Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by US customs upon receipt of the package.
- Intellectual Property All images, logos, texts and designs on this website belong to Livaess. Any unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability Our maximum compensation shall not exceed the original order amount. We will not be liable for indirect losses including lost profits, travel costs or emotional damages.
